Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel products, rates, and promotions.
- Monitor competitors and provide weekly updates on their offers.
- Gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies and assist in implementing promotional activities.
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs and related events.
- Conduct timely sales blitzes in the local area.
- Build and develop relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met promptly.
- Report on trends in the industry and local markets, providing insights to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing on strategies to penetrate new market segments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Diploma in vocational hospitality.
- 3-4 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
