Working on expanding the wholesale sales network for the Briso product within and outside the Kingdom by building strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, cafes, and stores, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets approved by management.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Daily communication with potential customers (stores, cafes, e-commerce, distribution companies).
Identifying distinguished customers capable of representing the “Briso” brand as key distributors in their areas.
Presenting products and explaining their advantages and points of distinction from competitors.
Preparing price quotes and sales terms, and following up on order, payment, and delivery processes.
Achieving the monthly sales targets set by management.
Following up on customer satisfaction after sales and maintaining long-term relationships with them.
Collecting market and competitor feedback and submitting weekly reports to the sales manager.
Participating in exhibitions and events that promote the company’s products.
Coordinating with the marketing department to update promotional materials and campaigns targeted at wholesalers.
Entering data and reports into the internal system and following up on collection and supply processes.

High communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to negotiate and build business relationships.
Good understanding of wholesale and distribution principles.
Politeness and professionalism in dealing with different customer categories.
Good knowledge of coffee or packaged food products (additional advantage).
Skill in using computers (Excel – CRM – email).
Ability to handle work pressure and field mobility.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Marketing – Business Administration – Sales).
Experience of no less than one year in the field of sales or food distribution.
Valid driving license (in case of field sales).
