We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Associate to enhance our retail team in Al-Taif, Saudi Arabia. This position is tailored for Saudi nationals who are passionate about customer service and possess strong sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, policies, and product information to assist customers effectively.
  • Accurately process transactions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in restocking products.
  • Gather customer feedback for management improvement.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
  • Experience in retail sales or similar customer service roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
