In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to secure new catering and labor service contracts. The position demands a highly motivated individual who can independently generate leads and cultivate client relationships. You will prepare proposals, close deals, and provide valuable market insights based on your interactions in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily field visits to construction sites and potential client offices.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through various outreach methods.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers within organizations.
  • Present our catering and labor service offerings professionally.
  • Attend client meetings and negotiate terms until closure.
  • Prepare customized proposals and contracts based on client needs.
  • Monitor project announcements and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of offerings.
  • Maintain a lead tracking system and provide performance reports to the CEO.
  • Analyze competitor activities and recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Attend industry events to promote the company.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in field sales or B2B client acquisition.
  • Experience in catering, manpower supply, or facility services.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Knowledge of the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license.

  • A valid Saudi driving license.
