Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high visibility for the hotel through direct sales initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive service to clients, achieving targets and maximizing productivity.
  • Execute all sales objectives and action plans to exceed set targets.
  • Sollicit and serve both transient and group business, and manage meetings.
  • Utilize thorough knowledge of hotel offerings during negotiations for upselling.
  • Prepare corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and required business correspondence.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and trends resulting from direct sales efforts.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess a degree in sales and marketing with a minimum of two years of related experience. Strong computer skills and proficiency in English are essential.
