Role Purpose
The Security Supervisor is an integral part of the facilities management team and supports the security manager in overseeing the operational performance of the service provider within the residential compound to provide a safe and secure environment.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for implementing policies, procedures and work instructions within the security operations.
  • Monitor service provider's processes as referenced in the contract and highlight any deviations.
  • Work closely with the service provider to ensure workforce compliance with the service agreement.
  • Oversee key control programs, ensuring assets and personnel are safe and secure.
  • Ensure effective access control systems are functioning properly.
  • Monitor security systems including cameras and alarms.
  • Report any security incidents and take action to mitigate situations.
  • Comply with safety, quality and governance standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Professional certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CPP.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
