• Hands-on experience in the nutrition sector and its operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-efficient solutions.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and components essential for the operations of our factory in Saudi Arabia. This position targets seasoned professionals with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Supply Chain Assurance System, integrating procurement, import, warehousing, and distribution into the production plan.
• Manage strategic procurement initiatives with both local and international suppliers to establish a reliable supply network while reducing total procurement costs.
• Monitor supplier performance through a dedicated evaluation system, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely deliveries to enhance capital turnover.
• Oversee customs clearance processes for imported materials, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Implement a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate efficient storage and delivery of materials.
• Lead the procurement and logistics team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the manufacturing sector, with three years of managerial experience in the Middle East.
• Extensive hands-on import experience within Saudi Arabia and familiarity with key transformer raw materials.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, coupled with strong negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic, with priority given to English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in risk management.
