We are seeking a skilled Sr. Supply Chain Manager to oversee supplier management and operational execution for Chassis, Powertrain, and Electronics. This role is critical in ensuring supplier readiness and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier performance for key components.
  • Oversee supplier readiness activities including tooling and part availability.
  • Monitor supplier capacity and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support change management and ensure alignment with production requirements.
  • Provide updates on supplier health and risk mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel for supplier visits and program reviews (15-25%).

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management for automotive components.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
