We are in search of a skilled Sales Manager specializing in Hotel Locking Systems to lead our sales efforts in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, which includes Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah. This role is pivotal in developing and managing direct sales business projects while collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as hotel owners, developers, operators, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Identify and secure hotel, hospitality, residential, and commercial projects that need hotel locking systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant parties.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initial engagement through to contract signing and delivery, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet set annual and quarterly sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Market & Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Possess a valid Saudi Driving License
  • Demonstrable experience in electronic locking system sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Western Region market

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with well-known hotel lock brands and a direct sales business model is a plus.
