We’re Hiring – Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company's purchasing needs are met efficiently and with appropriate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all purchasing operations to ensure the company’s needs are met effectively and with high quality.
  • Identify purchasing strategies and select suitable suppliers to align with company goals.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to secure the best value for costs incurred.
  • Sign contracts and ensure suppliers adhere to agreed-upon terms.
  • Develop purchasing policies and oversee their implementation across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and local and international laws.
  • Lead and direct the procurement team, distributing tasks effectively among team members.
  • Provide reports on procurement performance to senior management.
  • Offer recommendations for enhancing purchasing processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Conflict resolution skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
