Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
  • Assess student performance and tailor instruction to individual needs.
  • Create a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
  • Provide additional support to students who may face challenges in understanding math concepts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in secondary mathematics.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary math curricula and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Advanced qualifications or experience in mathematics education is a plus.
