Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular training sessions covering guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, and up-selling techniques.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding cleaning tasks, equipment polishing, table setting, and inventory management.
- Engage directly with guests by presenting menus, assisting with recommendations, taking orders, and processing payments.
- Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming while on duty.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure their seating with the assistance of the hostess.
- Keep the entrance area attended at all times.
- Foster a professional and friendly relationship with patrons to ensure their experience is exceptional.
- Familiarize yourself with menus, promotions, and relevant outlet information.
- Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Address guest complaints as instructed, or escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
- Prepare for service by organizing mise-en-place according to daily requirements.
- Report equipment issues to maintenance and submit requests as needed.
- Contribute to team communication by participating in regular departmental briefings.
- Exhibit polite and courteous behavior towards guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to high personal hygiene standards and keep side stations organized.
- Anticipate customer needs and assist in various hotel areas as required.
- Follow internal policies and safety procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
- Open to Saudi Nationals only.
- No prior work experience is required, although candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic English language skills are essential.
- A strong passion for the hospitality industry is important.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- A team player willing to assist colleagues proactively.
- Flexibility to work according to departmental needs.
- Ability to maintain calm and courteous service in all situations.
