We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who are eager to advance their careers. As a Waiter / Waitress at Rotana Hotels, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Your Responsibilities include:
  • Performing all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance standards.
  • Greeting and seating customers, serving them with professionalism and a personalized touch.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the menu to offer assistance and advice to guests.
  • Monitoring the quality of food and beverages served consistently.
  • Maintaining good customer relations and addressing any complaints or queries.
  • Upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and maintaining service equipment.
  • Preparing for service before, during, and after shifts (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
  • Minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
  • Utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications:
You should ideally possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. Proficiency in English and strong guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
