We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who are eager to advance their careers. As a Waiter / Waitress at Rotana Hotels, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Your Responsibilities include:

Performing all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance standards.
Greeting and seating customers, serving them with professionalism and a personalized touch.
Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the menu to offer assistance and advice to guests.
Monitoring the quality of food and beverages served consistently.
Maintaining good customer relations and addressing any complaints or queries.
Upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and maintaining service equipment.
Preparing for service before, during, and after shifts (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
Minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
Utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications:
You should ideally possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. Proficiency in English and strong guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
