We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth in the fields of interior prefabrication, architectural finishing, and building materials.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across overseas markets.
• Track project opportunities, develop customer relationships, and manage business negotiations.
• Handle the full project lifecycle, including order acquisition, contract signing, execution, delivery, and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-funded enterprises, foreign companies, local government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and market expansion activities to secure new projects and orders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the department's annual business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market development within the international engineering, construction, building materials, or architectural finishing industry.
• Strong customer network and business development capabilities.
• Experience working with Chinese-funded organizations and international project stakeholders is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic or English is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work effectively under pressure.
