About the Role
Infobip, a global leader in cloud communication solutions operating with an AI-first mindset, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its Saudi Squad in Riyadh. This pivotal role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle to drive sustainable revenue growth. The Account Executive will work with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges and position Infobip's full-stack cloud communication platform as a long-term value driver. This position is for an individual driven by ownership, impact, and building lasting client relationships within a collaborative sales team.
As part of Infobip, you will contribute to a global organization with over 75 offices worldwide, shaping the future of digital communication. Collaboration with product, marketing, and support teams is essential to ensure outstanding customer outcomes and foster an environment of curiosity, passion, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using effective prospecting techniques.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and map them to Infobip's product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and high satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Address client objections and concerns using structured problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure up-to-date opportunity data in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS or the telecommunications industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers and demonstrated ability in value-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly within complex sales environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and drive alignment toward shared organizational goals.
- Good understanding of industry dynamics relevant to Infobip's communication solutions.
- Confident objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes effectively.
- Solid product knowledge or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of technical solutions.
- Proficiency in various sales prospecting techniques, tools, and CRM systems.
- Experience with solution-selling methodologies is essential.
- Experience selling complex, multi-product platforms or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
- Background in managing long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers is a plus.
