The candidate must hold a university degree in business administration or its equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a similar field.


Main tasks:

• Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and agendas

• Preparing and coordinating administrative reports and correspondence

• Following up on administrative transactions and documenting files

• Coordinating with various departments and facilitating workflow

• Managing phone calls and emails

• Assisting in organizing events and meetings

• Storing and archiving documents and files in an organized manner
