Administrative Assistant – For People of Determination

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute daily administrative tasks and organize files and correspondence.
- Follow up on transactions and coordinate between departments.
- Prepare reports and update data.
- Contribute to following up on government initiatives and programs to support establishments.
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

- The applicant must be a person of determination.
- Ability to work full-time (8 hours).
- Good English language skills
- Previous experience in administrative work.
- Knowledge of government initiatives and support programs provided to establishments.
- Good skills in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
