Administrative Coordinator between Operations and Sales Management and General Administration. Location Riyadh. Contract type Full-time. Gender Male or Female. Salary to be determined after the interview. Job duties include daily coordination between Operations Management and the Sales Team to ensure smooth workflow. Submitting regular reports to upper management regarding performance and challenges. Following up on the implementation of work plans and performance indicators between different departments. Documenting correspondences and joint meetings between departments. In Riyadh. Experience of no less than two years in administrative coordination or working between several departments. Complete proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing). Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Outlook). Excellent communication skills, and ability to organize tasks and precise follow-up. A spirit of initiative, discipline, and ability to work within a team.
