About the Role
Al-Enjaz Company is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires direct experience with the 940 Municipality Balagh System.
Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing incoming complaints within the 940 Municipality Balagh System. This involves tracking complaints, coordinating with field teams for timely resolution, and ensuring all associated tickets are successfully closed within established timeframes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage incoming complaints via the 940 Municipality Balagh System.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure swift and effective resolution of issues.
- Oversee the closure of all system tickets, ensuring compliance with required standards and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of complaint status and resolution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, such as Administrative Assistant or Electronic Liaison Officer.
- Direct, hands-on experience navigating and managing the 940 Municipality Balagh System, including its closure workflows.
- Experience within the contracting, maintenance, or operations sectors is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- General computer application proficiency.
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination between field teams and government representatives.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Capacity to respond quickly to urgent tickets and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of organization and proactivity.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
