We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Specialist in the College of Business to assist the department head in managing day-to-day tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the college and requires a strong commitment to student engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Bachelor Business Administration (BBA) degree program.
  • Oversee daily office activities, including email responses and form processing.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
  • Advise students on probation and monitor their progress.
  • Assist in supervising attendance and performance of support staff.
  • Supervise college assessments and manage exam logistics.
  • Coordinate arrangements for college events, including orientations and graduation ceremonies.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce departmental statistics.
  • Manage schedules and perform various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or equivalent from an accredited institute is required, along with a minimum of four years’ experience in administrative tasks or student services.
