Join Our Team as an Administrative Systems Officer!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Systems Officer to be part of our vibrant team in Riyadh. This is a hybrid role that combines essential administrative responsibilities with system and platform management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update company records across internal systems and government platforms.
  • Handle and monitor portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized digital documentation.
  • Support management with administrative coordination and system-related follow-ups.
  • Assist in resolving basic technical and system-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles with strong system usage.
  • Good understanding of Saudi government platforms and compliance procedures.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, online systems, data management).
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be Saudi Candidates.
