Job Overview: Emaar Engineering Consultancy announces its need for a Document Keeper to join its team in Riyadh. Emaar is one of the leading companies in providing multidisciplinary consulting services and is looking for a responsible and qualified candidate to effectively manage and organize documents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the document lifecycle (receipt, registration, classification, storage, archiving, distribution, updating).
  • Ensure compliance with the standards and policies related to document control.
  • Create a numbering and indexing system for documents to facilitate search and retrieval.
  • Track document issuance dates and review and update them as needed.
  • Safeguard original and backup copies of documents securely and confidentially.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the availability of the latest versions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of documents.
  • Manage documents within various document management systems.
  • Train employees on document control procedures.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing the required documents.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in document management, secretarial work, or quality management systems.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, infrastructure, and buildings within the Kingdom.
  • Proficiency in engineering and management software (Primavera – AutoCAD – MS Project – Excel – ERP Systems).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
