In this pivotal role, you'll support our tax department in ensuring compliance with tax laws, planning, and reporting, while optimizing our tax position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities within legal frameworks.
  • Conduct research on tax legislation and interpret its implications for the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and serve as a liaison with tax authorities.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits on tax matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax considerations into business decisions.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and recommend policy adjustments.
  • Provide training and guidance on tax compliance and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
