• Conduct detailed elicitation sessions to capture all necessary information for CRM enhancements or change requests.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Support the IT Project Manager during System Integration Testing.
• Perform impact assessments for proposed changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or IT roles.
• Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

About The Role
We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Business Analyst based in KSA to drive business transformation by conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and reengineering processes. This role focuses on streamlining operations, documenting workflows, and delivering optimized solutions that align with business goals. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks (certifications like CBAP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus).
