Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager (Consumer)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Consumer) to join Stanley Black & Decker in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive sales growth and increase our market share within the modern retail channel across KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
  • Manage key customer relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to highlight achievements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide insights.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare business reports.
