This role is integral to our commercial expansion strategy, focusing on building robust relationships with developers, brokerage agencies, and other real estate stakeholders to secure high-value collaborations and listings.

This role is integral to our commercial expansion strategy, focusing on building robust relationships with developers, brokerage agencies, and other real estate stakeholders to secure high-value collaborations and listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute plans in line with growth objectives, define KPIs, forecast opportunities, and support budgeting activities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key real estate developers and agencies to expand business volume.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders, ensuring partner engagement and retention.
- Deal Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations for large-scale partnership agreements and convert opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support commercial decision-making.
- Growth Contribution: Drive overall business growth through high-value partnerships and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective partner onboarding and relationship success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management.
- Strong experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
- Established network within the Saudi real estate industry.
- Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly motivated and strategic thinker with strong relationship-building capabilities.
