Clinix is an AI-powered healthcare platform transforming how clinics manage appointments, operations, and patient experience. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us grow our network of clinics and build strong partnerships across the healthcare sector.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Identify and approach clinics and healthcare providers to introduce Clinix
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested clinics
  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions through the platform
  • Support partnership discussions, onboarding, and contract follow-up
  • Work closely with the founders and internal teams to support growth plans
  • Track leads, opportunities, and partnership progress
  • Contribute to improving sales and business development processes
  • Represent Clinix professionally and help strengthen the brand presence

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain professional communication
  • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and follow-up skills
  • Ability to understand client pain points and business needs

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or startups
  • Existing network within clinics or medical centers
  • Experience using CRM systems or sales tools
  • Understanding of clinic operations and patient experience

About the Role

-Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline and project opportunities.

-Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and project meetings.

-Track upcoming developments, tenders, and projects within the Saudi market.

Requirements

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the furniture, interior solutions, or fit-out industry.

-Existing relationships with enterprise and government accounts.

-Connections with PIF entities, giga-projects, or related stakeholders is highly preferred.

-Strong understanding of project-based selling and tendering processes.

-Proven ability to generate and close large furniture supply or interior projects.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

-Excellent attitude, ownership mindset, and strong work ethic are the most important qualities for this role.
