Customer Service Representative (Call Center) required to work in our banking call center, where they respond to customer inquiries and provide the necessary assistance. The applicant must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle work pressure, and proficiency in using computer programs. Job responsibilities include: answering customer calls, recording requests in the system, solving simple problems, escalating complex cases to the relevant management, and contributing to improving the customer experience.(Working in shifts)
