Bevatel is a leading Saudi company specialized in delivering advanced cloud-based contact center systems and unified communication solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication at all times.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perfect command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Working Conditions:
  • Shift-based work (may include weekends or holidays).
  • Office-based or remote work as applicable.
