Who is the class supervisor at Noon? The class supervisor is the cornerstone of the educational experience at Noon within the school. Their role is not limited to monitoring but extends to being an educational leader in the classroom, balancing firmness and motivation, as well as leadership and care. The supervisor represents Noon to students, parents, and school administration, ensuring the educational experience is implemented with the highest possible quality, reflecting Noon’s values and vision in empowering students and achieving real transformation in their behavior and educational skills. Main Tasks Guiding and advising students to instill positive learning habits and promote behavioral growth inside and outside the classroom. Leading the class and motivating students to interact and participate actively during the lesson. Maintaining order in the classroom in an educational manner that enhances a safe and respectful learning environment. Professional communication with parents when needed, in the interest of the student. Representing Noon before the school administration and working in continuous coordination with the school principal. Providing simplified technical or academic support to students when needed. Ensuring the readiness of technical equipment and the screen before the lesson begins. Monitoring daily observations of students' behavior and interactions and reporting them to the relevant authorities within Noon. Required Qualifications One year or more of experience in an educational or youth environment. Bachelor's degree (preferably in education, psychology, or social sciences). Ability to use basic technical tools and readiness for quick learning. Strong presence and neat appearance that reflects Noon’s image. Excellent communication skills in Arabic (basic knowledge of English is an additional advantage).
