Requirements:

Proven experience in customer success or a customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of email, networking, and enterprise security.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
