Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an outstanding customer service representative to join the team and contribute to providing the best experience for customers by responding to their inquiries and solving their problems in a professional and swift manner. Responsible for dealing with customers via WhatsApp and email, recording data in the system, and following up on orders until completion, in addition to providing advice and guidance to customers regarding available products and services.
