Job Description

We are looking for employees to join our distinguished team, where we pay great attention to accuracy and quality in all aspects of our work, and we consider precise details the basis of our success.

Working hours:

  • Six days a week, eight hours a day.
  • Evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive all customer inquiries about products and services, and respond to them quickly and accurately.
  • Handle incoming orders via phone or WhatsApp, and accurately record them in the system.
  • Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Handle complaints and feedback effectively and quickly, and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure the best possible service is provided.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to deal with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and manage time effectively.

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
