Takamol Holding is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. The Specialist will manage a high volume of inquiries through various support channels, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining communication quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inquiry Management: Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries via approved channels (Email, Chat, Phone, Ticketing systems).
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by providing accurate information using appropriate tools.
  • Ticket Lifecycle Management: Manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely closure within agreed service levels and maintaining high CSAT scores.
  • Technical Coordination: Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team, tracking progress until resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and propose improvements to the customer journey.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to communication procedures to ensure brand consistency and service quality.
  • Ticketing Systems: Utilize experience with platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Role Overview:
The Customer Service Agent at DSV will be integral in providing outstanding customer service by ensuring operational excellence in freight operations. Your main responsibility will be to manage proper documentation and facilitate efficient handling of all freight activities for both current and potential clients.
