Key Responsibilities
  • الاتصال الهاتفي على العملاء.
  • إدارة الحوار وتوجيه المكالمات نحو إتمام البيع.
  • معرفة المنتج بشكل ممتاز للرد على الأسئلة بثقة.
  • إدارة الوقت وتوزيعه بين المكالمات والمتابعة.
  • إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي والرد على الرسائل.
  • المتابعة مع العملاء المتحمسين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.

Skills Required
  • اللباقة بالحديث.
  • القدرة على الإقناع والتأثير.
  • الاستماع الفعال لفهم احتياجات العميل.
  • التحفيز الذاتي للحفاظ على الطاقة الإيجابية أثناء المكالمات.

Work System
يعمل النظام 6 أيام في الأسبوع بدوام كامل (8 ساعات يومياً)، مقسم إلى 4 ساعات حضور في مقر العمل و4 ساعات عمل عن بعد.

Qualifications
  • اللباقة وحسن التواصل.
  • إجادة استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • مهارة في التسويق والمبيعات.
