Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers while adhering to company procedures and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exchange services in compliance with company procedures and legal authorities, centring excellence in customer service.
• Identifying customer needs and representing the company effectively during exchange operations.
• Conducting exchange transactions following legal and operational procedures.
• Documenting transactions according to legal criteria and handling customer queries and complaints.
• Collaborating with the IT department to resolve technical issues as needed.
• Willing to travel nationally as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school education, with 1-2 years of relevant experience; university fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service within retail, FMCG, F&B, or tourism sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• A willingness to work flexible shifts and engage directly with customers.

About the Role:
Emdad is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and serve our customers through SmartPlus official platforms and websites, as well as official social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Provide accurate product information, support with order processing, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers and enhance their overall experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and cases in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to elevate service quality.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution, ensure satisfaction, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma (minimum).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Role Overview:
The Customer Service Agent at DSV will be integral in providing outstanding customer service by ensuring operational excellence in freight operations. Your main responsibility will be to manage proper documentation and facilitate efficient handling of all freight activities for both current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to all DSV customers.
• Interact with customers and vendors to establish DSV SOPs and keep them informed about arrival times, delays, or transit issues.
• Ensure timely and professional communication through the appropriate channels for both internal and external correspondence.
• Send routing information, follow up with origins, and keep customers updated on status until freight arrives in Saudi Arabia.
• Update tracking sheets daily with freight status and communicate this to customers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain updated records in the Export Rate sheet.
• Create jobs for all export shipments and provide quotations for inquiries.
• Regularly monitor, report, and communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Provide updates to the Line Manager and handle any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in freight operations.
