Data Entry – Invoice Follow-up – Secretarial

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and file organization.
  • Issuing and following up on invoices.
  • Following up on emails and correspondence.
  • Secretarial tasks and administrative organization.
  • Using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.

Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Proficient in using computers and Office programs.
  • Politeness and good communication skills.
  • Accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
