• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships while ensuring a balance between firm collections and empathy.
• Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed on debt collection laws and ensure adherence to them.
• Performance Monitoring: Track recovery metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline debt collection processes and utilize software for tracking.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and coordinate with external partners for effective collections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a debt collector, minimum 2 years.
• Knowledge of KSA debt collection laws.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Certification in debt collection is preferred.
