Job Responsibilities:

• Complete the necessary planning and preparation prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
• Provide positive, fun and safe coaching sessions.
• Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

Job Requirements:

• A Sport related Degree / level 2 coaching qualification
• Proven experience as Swimming coach
• Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.
• Experience working with students aged 316 years.
• Level 2 swimming qualification
• An enhanced CRB/DBS check.
• Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.
• First Aid qualified.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
