Role Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a key support to our company’s CEO. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of expense reports.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up as necessary.
  • Analyze and prioritize incoming correspondence and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with business partners, including sending notes and gifts.
  • Ensure information flow is timely and accurate.
  • Organize and streamline office duties, including supply orders and database management.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all business and personal matters.
  • Utilize MS Office suite effectively to create documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Research topics as needed to prepare for meetings or presentations.

Requirements:
  • Based in Riyadh.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
  • Proactive approach with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to organize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
