As a pivotal role within our organization, you will provide essential support to the General Manager and facilitate smooth operations across departments. Your proactive communication and organizational skills will make you an invaluable asset in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and handle confidential correspondence.
  • Document Management: Draft, review, and format official documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and stakeholders.
  • Office Administration: Maintain records, oversee office supplies, and logistics for events.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements for the General Manager and visitors.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure sensitive information is handled with confidentiality.
  • Follow-Up & Monitoring: Track pending issues and prepare status updates.
  • Support to Department: Provide administrative support to the Equipment Operations team when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High degree of discretion with confidential information.
  • Teamwork and initiative.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
