المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • تنظيم وإدارة جدول أعمال الإدارة التنفيذية ومواعيد الاجتماعات.
  • إعداد المراسلات الرسمية، الخطابات، والتقارير الإدارية.
  • تنسيق الاجتماعات، إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات، ومتابعة تنفيذ التوصيات.
  • استقبال المكالمات وتنظيم الاتصالات الداخلية والخارجية.
  • حفظ وتنظيم الملفات والوثائق بسرية تامة.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة ومتابعة المهام المطلوبة.
  • تقديم الدعم الإداري والتنظيمي للإدارة التنفيذية حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال السكرتارية التنفيذية أو الإدارية (يفضل).
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات عالية في التنظيم، إدارة الوقت، والتواصل.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل باحترافية.
  • الالتزام بالسرية والمهنية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
