About the Role

The Executive Secretary role is a key position that requires daily collaboration with the Office Manager, fee earners, and other team members.

Responsibilities
  • Core Services:
    • Manage calendars and act as the main contact for internal and external communications.
    • Organize travel, including bookings, visas, and transportation.
    • Ensure timely entry and submission of time records and expenses.
    • Coordinate meetings and video conferences.
    • Draft emails, letters, and manage documents.
  • Practice Support Services:
    • Coordinate client conflict checks and ensure compliance with engagement letters.
    • Organize client meetings and document archiving.
    • Manage document processing and assist with printing needs.

Qualifications
  • University Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic speakers are desirable but not essential.
