Job Overview

We are looking for a sales representative for the projects department who has the ability to build strong relationships with real estate developers and project engineers, and work on supplying pipe products (PPR - PVC) for private and government projects within the city of Riyadh.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and build long-term professional relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and project engineers.

  • Follow up on existing and new projects and work on including the company's products within the supply scope.

  • Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure supply operations are executed according to timelines.

  • Prepare pricing proposals and follow up until deals are closed.

  • Monitor the market and competitors and provide periodic reports on project opportunities.

  • Achieve the approved sales targets for the projects department.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience or prior exposure to working on projects (private or governmental), and it is not required to be in the same product.

  • Experience in the field of construction materials or supplies for projects is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • High communication and negotiation skills and relationship building.

  • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Features (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of the project market in the city of Riyadh.

  • Ability to read plans or understand project requirements in general.
