About the Role
NAZZTEC, a global provider of technology consulting and solutions, is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking motivated Freelance Business Development Consultants to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is designed for individuals who can leverage their networking and sales expertise to drive business growth within the IT and Cybersecurity sectors. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility to manage your time and work from any city across Saudi Arabia.
As a Freelance Business Development Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying new business prospects, engaging potential clients, and representing NAZZTEC's service offerings. This role features a performance-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential, making it suitable for proactive individuals focused on achieving results in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries, including Banking, Finance, Insurance, Pharma, FMCG, IT, Cybersecurity, Software, and Automotive.
- Facilitate the vendor registration process for NAZZTEC with new organizations.
- Present NAZZTEC's service portfolio, with a focus on Cybersecurity, GRC, and IT Consulting, to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the NAZZTEC technical team to develop proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Convert qualified leads into signed business contracts.
- Maintain consistent communication and conduct follow-ups with clients to foster relationships.
- Report prospect status and provide regular updates to the NAZZTEC team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia, holding Saudi Citizenship, an Iqama, or a valid Business Visa.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Sales is considered an asset.

Work Environment and Compensation
This is a fully remote, freelance position based anywhere within Saudi Arabia. The role is structured as full-time. Compensation is strictly commission-based, ranging from 5% to 15% per closed deal, payable after client payment is received. There is no fixed salary component to this role.
