In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless air freight forwarding operations for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute air freight operations and customer service plans to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Assess freight control center requirements and support the operations team with essential information to enhance operational performance.
  • Implement freight administration for allocations and reservations for planned line haul and flights.
  • Develop and execute plans for various air freight products, such as perishables and pharmaceuticals.
  • Expand business opportunities with new clients and enhance in-house customer services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, conduct visits, and drive customer retention.
  • Evaluate account performances and provide monthly reports to management.
  • Execute competitive pricing strategies and efficiently handle pricing inquiries.
  • Conduct shipment documentation for freight forwarding and ensure timely submission of relevant documents.
  • Identify productivity enhancement opportunities for air freight and optimize resource allocation.
  • Resolve day-to-day delivery issues and implement practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Create transport orders, perform bookings, and optimize arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute all necessary Import/Export documents.
  • Address performance issues with suppliers and propose improvement solutions.
  • Update customs shipment information and manage customer issues and incidents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience.
