Job Objective:

To accurately and professionally execute and manage daily accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial records, and comply with accounting and tax regulations that support the company's managerial decisions.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Recording all daily entries, expenses, and revenues accurately.

  • Preparing and reviewing invoices (sales and purchases).

  • Monitoring accounts receivable and payable.

  • Preparing monthly financial reports (budget, profits and losses, cash flows).

  • Reconciling bank accounts periodically.

  • Preparing VAT returns.

  • Organizing and archiving financial documents, contracts, and invoices.

  • Cooperating with external auditors and providing required documents.

  • Monitoring compliance with approved budget.

  • Supporting management with reports and financial analyses upon request.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounting.

  • Good knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS).

  • Knowledge of tax systems and VAT in Saudi Arabia.

  • Proficient in using Excel and accounting software (such as: Odoo, SAP, Zoho, or similar).

  • High accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to organize time and manage tasks.

  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling data.

  • Good communication skills.
