About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting graduate to join our team under the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the accounting field within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Help prepare financial analysis and budget reports.
  • Support audit preparation and compliance tasks.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Must be registered in the Tamheer program through the HRDF portal.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria (Tamheer):
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • No prior work experience (registered with GOSI as unemployed for the last 6 months).
  • Not previously enrolled in Tamheer.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
