General Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and organized construction accountant to join the team, responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, assisting in preparing financial reports, and continuously monitoring accounts to ensure compliance with accounting policies and established standards. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Recording daily entries and reviewing them to ensure their accuracy. - Archiving and organizing documents and invoices. - Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports. - Monitoring customer and supplier accounts and reconciling balances. - Preparing entries for accrued and prepaid expenses and depreciation. - Entering data into the accounting system. - Supporting the accounts team in daily operations. - Executing any other accounting tasks assigned by the direct management. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent. Experience: - At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Saudi Arabia. - Previous experience in contracting companies is preferred. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis). - Experience with accounting software. - Good understanding of accounting standards. - Knowledge of taxes and social insurance. Personal Skills: - High accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to organize time and handle work pressure. - Good communication skills. - Professional integrity and commitment.
