1. **Issuing Invoices**:

  - Preparing and issuing invoices to clients periodically.

  - Ensuring the accuracy of financial information and details related to invoices.


2. **Preparing Quotations**:

  - Preparing quotations based on project requirements.

  - Monitoring and updating prices as needed.


3. **Submitting Tax Returns**:

  - Preparing the required financial statements for tax authorities.

  - Ensuring compliance with submission deadlines.


4. **Preparing the Manager's Schedule**:

  - Organizing the manager's appointments and meeting schedule.

  - Coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth workflow.


5. **Other Administrative Tasks**:

  - Answering phone calls and emails.

  - Managing documents and financial records.


#### Required Qualifications:


- A degree in accounting or business administration.

- Previous experience working as an accountant or secretary.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
