Join Jareed Hotels as a Restaurant Hostess!
We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
  • Assist in promptly seating guests and providing menus.
  • Inform guests of daily specials and handle inquiries.
  • Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest complaints professionally.
  • Assist in training new host staff.
  • Participate in team meetings for service improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with reservation management software is a plus.
